Do you have warranty.?
Unless you have purchase extended warranty or you received a promotional warranty from Polaris warranty coverage is as follows.
ATV and ORV- 6 months from date of purchase
Snowmobile - 1 year from date of purchase
Victory Motorcycle - 1year from date of purchase
Please note... Factory warranty is based directly by time not how many miles, hours or how many times you have used it.
What to do if you have a problem
If you are experencing a problem with your purchase and feel that it is a warranty issue,please give us a call at 905-433-0042 with your Serial Number so we can check your warranty eligability first.
If there are any factory updates or recals we can tell you about that right away.
Please understand, we are unable to repair or diagnose issues over the phone. We do not have a free phone tech line. Our Service department is open Mon- Friday 9am - 5pm however you can drop off your unit for service during our regular business hours. I most cases we will not be able to immediatly service your machine. Be prepaird to leave it for a day or 2 if your machine requires servicing.
ESC Contract ?
Do you currently have an Extended Service Contract with your Polaris or Victory product ? We can help you out.
If you purhased your Polaris or Victory Product from us we want you to know we stand behind our products and look forward helping you keep everything running in top condidtion. If you had chosen to purchase from another dealer, please be assured we will be happy to service your Polaris or Victory machine as quickly as we are able.
